Do not attempt to repair the suspected defect without first contacting the manufacturer. Unauthorized warranty repairs will not be reimbursed and will void your warranty.

STEP 1) Gather the proper information

You will need the following information to open a new warranty claim:

  • Registration or Invoice Number
  • Installation Date
  • Approximate Mileage Since Installation Date

If you are the vehicle owner it is recommended you take the vehicle to your original installer or a repair shop at this point.

Remind the installer or repair facility to not attempt any repairs prior to obtaining authorization from the manufacturer.

STEP 2) Submit your warranty claim

Submit a warranty claim by clicking on Start A Claim or by calling 800-422-6022

STEP 3) With warranty representative, diagnose the problem

Our main goal is to find and address the issue to get your vehicle back on the road. Often times a problem can be fixed by a minor repair without removing the product. Other times the problem is caused by the support system for the product, and the support system needs to be addressed or the product will fail again.

STEP 4) Repair the problem after obtaining authorization from the warranty representative

STEP 5) Review details and submit warranty claim with a warranty representative to request reimbursement (if applicable)
